joe30, I agree.

But the ones I usually feel will be a fit are the ones at a fair. There are others that I have applied to in the past that weren't at a fair, but that's the exception rather than the rule. In general, schools try to get to at least ONE fair.

Well the ISs that are on the spectrum of what most westerners would consider an IS, there are far more ISs int he third tier that never go to a fair.
