Dubai expensive, Bogota cheap. The comparison is about as close as you can get to being the furthest in having commonality.

I would agree that the comparison is not really a comparison but a complete contrast! Bogotá has some excellent nightlife and travel options all at a reasonable price and if you are single you have a V good lifestyle.....

Ha! The first time I've agreed with certain people.
If you are single, go to Bogota. Latin America is great for dating for both men and women.

How is the climate of Bogota? I went for a few weeks some years ago and it was always cool and drizzly/rainy.
