Which schools would you say are the most internationally diverse in China? SAS, ISB.... not included please...Also is SCIS for profit or non? The site claims non profit status, but the reviews state otherwise...

What do you mean by diverse? By passport? By ethnicity? Racial?

At UWC Changshu about 2/3 of their students are Chinese nationals, but the rest is very diverse. That's kind of the nature of UWC schools in general.

Shekou International School in Shenzhen is quite diverse, although they have a large Korean population.

Utahloy International School in Guangzhou.

Those are some that come to mind.

WAB, BSB, Harrow in Beijing. BIS and Dulwich in Shanghai, AISG, BSG in Guangzhou.

Many ISs claim non-profit status but are run as for-profit, there really isnt much to distinguish them. A non-profit can simply disperse excess revenue as bonus and comp to ownership who serve as directors or consultants for the IS.
