Visa restrictions in Switzerland

Yes, Ref. 2014; Its nothing, its designed to keep "artists/athletes" (or more acculturate those claiming to be artists/athletes) from less economically [EU] regions from obtaining a work visa/permit as some kind of instructional coach, teacher, trainer, etc. based solely on experience, participation or affiliation in the fine and performing arts (including athletics). It has no bearing on professionally credentialed ITs providing instructional services within the context of IE and the environment of an IS. If TASIS hires an English national as a PHE IT, which would include coaching football, no problem. What it prevents is some EU national from a less prosperous region from crossing the Swiss border, hanging out a shingle/putting up flyers, and signing up kids for a football club team at the local park.
