Online Courses in Curriculum and Coaching

I am thinking about the next phase of my career. I have taught for 10 years, including graduate school for pre-service teachers. I am figuring out how to move into a position of curriculum coordinator/developer or instructional coach. Just wondering if anyone here has taken an online course or series of courses that would lead to a degree or cert useful to put me on the road to either position? I have the experience and skill set to do either position, but am realistic enough to accept that some sort of academic program that gives me a cert that says I have the skill set is wise to have as I transition.

Credential wise you want a M.Ed in Ed.Ld or C&I and you want an administrator credential, those are the basics. Aside from that an IB Professional Teaching and Learning Research (Level 2 Award) certificate are available for IB ISs.

What you really want however is experience either working with a curriculum developer or other agency.
