Due to child protection issues, you will not find any school in the UK that is willing to offer a Skype interview. All schools require a face to face interview.

A number of independent schools in the UK will offer and conduct Skype/virtual interviews.

Independent schools might let you Skype, I can't imagine a situation where a state school would.

Check in with TimePlan, a recruiting agency. I have had an e-mail about some principals coming to the US soon to do interviews in a few major cities. It may be a good opportunity to get that face-to-face for a school.
