Third tier school thats essentially a bilingual (English school), ("shopping center" school), for local nationals. Its a private school with foreigners (Anglos) for a position of the staff, with the goal of doing enough instruction in English that students will leave for better schools or be able to take IGCSE exams. Like most schools that go cheap, they employ a national curriculum (test centers whether AP, or IGCSE are easier and cheaper then whole school accreditation). The compensation package will be around 15K RMB-20K RMB (the bottom of the IS salary scale in China starts at about 20K RMB). The housing package is either a small allowance or an apartment. They provide your one way airfare reimbursement at the end/beginning of the first/second year. You get a local health care plan, which will cover the crummies and boo-boos, anything more and you dont want to be stuck in hospital.
