I've applied and interviewed with them a few times over the years (and was actually offered a position one time). It can be nerve-wracking waiting to hear if you made the short list but at least they are good about notifying you one way or the other. As I recall, it was usually within a week or so of the closing date that invitations to interview went out.

Actually it's all automated now. Although I guess nothing is perfect they are like 10 for 10 between my wife and I.

I have received an interview request from them for the Jan 12th closing jobs. I also saw on the international teachers facebook group over the weekend that others are asking questions about ESF so they must be contacting people with requests last week and this week.
