Apart from elite schools in China, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia (ISKL), what other schools in Asia are best known for retirement savings and/or a lump sum pension?

UNIS Hanoi and ISPP in Cambodia both have excellent savings potential ($25,000 USD +) and also have between 10-15% lump sum retirement per year.
