Congratulations!! But now I am getting a little worried since we haven't had any "bites" . We,ve probably applied to about 10 schools, but going to Cambridge in February. Do I have reason to worry that we won't find anything? TIA :-)

I was chatting with a Search Associate last week who said that about 50% of their placements last year were made after the main round of fairs.
Perhaps not what one wants to hear when hoping to land something before the fairs, but rather comforting if the fairs have passed...

Feeling reassured. Thank you. I'm looking forward to the fair and getting the chance to meet other International Teachers and recruiters. It's just such a longggg repetitive process applying to all these schools. Can't wait to know where we'll be heading :-)
