Franconian International School

Can anyone tell me about the working environment at the Franconian International School in Erlangen? From time to time, there are some vacant positions in a variety of disciplines. I am trained in multiple fields, so I would qualify for many of them. I assume that the salary is comparable to others in Germany, but how is the director and management team? Are the teachers collegial? Are the students of high caliber?
