I will be seeking a 2015-2016 teaching job with an international school but I am not in a position to attend a fair. Does anyone know if the schools give Skype interviews? Thanks in advance for your help.

Skype interviews are becoming more and more common. Some schools won't, but many will.

The latest stats from the recruiting agencies are leaning towards about 50% of hires done through Skype interviews at the large, established schools. Data from less-established schools is less accurate and less known due to the polling methodology.
But that 50% may not mean it was ONLY Skype. Many schools are now going to fairs and involving people back at school through Skype.
In any case, there's plenty of Skyping going on.
