The International Schools Review Forum

I have an interview this week for a teaching position there, but there are no reviews on ISR for it. Not to be confused with the "Canadian International School of Egypt" or the "American International School of Egypt," this is just called the "International School of Egypt" in New Cairo (http://www.isegypt.org/). Does anyone have any experience or know anything about it? Thanks.

You might try posting on TES UK about the school and living in Egypt in general. They have some old Egypt hands that read/post regularly and could be useful for you.

The only drawback is that you can't name the school by name on an open post. You have to be a little clever or cryptic.

I have an Egyptian friend working there (ex-colleague). I only know this because I clicked on the school link and there is a photo of her. Her comments on FaceBook give a fairly positive picture. However, I've been in Egypt three years and never heard of the place.
