Ok first time doing this so will see how it goes. I’ve have lived in Japan for 10 years and have a Japanese wife. I was working for an International school here for the last five years which is really is run as Japanese Company. But recently with the new law here stating if you are a foreign worker that works for any Japanese company and have done five years service, the company has to give you permanent contract like all Japanese workers. This didn't sit well with our Chairman hence why a lot of teachers and our head have not being renewed. I’m still looking for work in Japan and have done PYP training but finding it difficult to get a job here at this time, thankfully my wife is working. So needs some pointers for the future as may be looking for job opportunities in KL or HK or even UAE so are their any schools to avoid and what are the better schools to look for. Have done some research, but anyone working already in these locations with personal advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for reading
