Emerging STEM programs?

Does anyone know of any schools that are growing their STEM programs?
I'm looking for information on schools that have existing programs that are expanding or are looking at creating new programs that include programming, making, engineering, designing, robotics, media arts, and non-traditional (experiential, project-based,etc.) approaches to math/science education.
Thanks.

I've seen a few like this, but think it is mostly and American phenomenon. Other places naturally have more demanding science and math programs and design technology classes.

The International School of Beijing is doing a lot with project-based learning.
