Schools in China hire teachers without two years of teaching experience all the time.

Sure, some of these schools won't hire folks without experience and some of them will. I'd guess about 1/3 to 1/4 of them would. In some cases it depends on the subject and how hard it is to fill.

Are you sure about that txteach? There are about twenty five Canadian schools that take many teachers straight out of university.

My first position was in China. Pretty sure they still hire newbies and pretty sure there are no restrictions on visas for newbies.
