I am in the process of looking for potential countries and cities to work. I am particularly interested in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Shanghai. I will be a new teacher so if you know of some tier 2 or 3 schools or any schools that are not listed feel free to add them.

When you say you are a new teacher, do you mean new to international teaching or you are a brand new teacher? Most if not all of the schools on your list (i teach in Shanghai and know this to be true for my school) will not consider you unless you are fully credentialed and have taught for at least 2 years. If you are brand new to teaching you should consider gaining experience in your home country first. There are schools that will consider someone new to the profession, but honestly, being a brand new teacher is hard enough without adding in the complications of adapting to a new country.

I am a new teacher, no way I stay in the US. Had to return to finish up my licensing tests and see family, only been back 2 months and I want to shoot myself.

I know most tier 1 schools dont hire newbie teachers, however there are plenty of schools that do. China and ME and known as places to get your foot in the door.

This is a master list and I am sure most if not all the ones I wrote down are tier 1. Why I asked for people to add tier 2 and 3 schools for which I might could gain employment.

I am not limiting my search to China, I am prepared to go anywhere and to any school. (besides Africa)

By the way, am I missing any schools in Shanghai?

Lots of schools on that list that are definitely not even close to what can be loosely termed, T1 schools.
It is a useful list though nonetheless.

You are missing a number of schools in Southern China in the Pearl River Delta. Some are Chinese schools using international curriculum and some are foreign run international schools.

Two schools in Dongguan (QSI Dongguan and ISD)

IS Macau (yes, technically not Mainland China)

Other PRD schools -Nansha College Preparatory Academy, Dongguan Country Garden School

Guangzhou - Guangzhou Nanhu International School, Clifford School, U-Link, Alcanta International College, Guangzhou Huamei School, Canadian International School, (there is also a French IS and a Japanese IS, but I doubt that is what you're looking for)

I'm sure you're missing out on other schools too in other parts of China. There has been major growth in international schools in China. Though a lot of that growth has been at the bottom end of things. These are ones I can think of off the top of my head.

Dipont also hires high school teachers for public Chinese schools' international divisions. Not a great organization from what I hear, but a place you could get a start if you're looking for a high school position.

If you are new to teaching, you probably won't have any luck in China - you need to have at least two years of experience before you will get a work permit here.

There are a lot of schools on your list that wouldn't even attempt the paperwork for a brand new teacher.
