Had a former student just graduate from there. Great school to be at.

Good school, solid administration and faculty. The students are largely culturally Asian/Taiwanese. The current admin has tried to create an environment similar to an a East Coast Prep/Private school. The compensation package is quite good.

To further clarify what Nomads said they want to be an Ivy League feeder school, not just a Northeast prep school.

I know people who work there now and have worked there recently. They've indicated the package is great and the students are talented and work hard to be successful. The school has considerable resources.

I have some colleagues who haves worked there very happily a bit further back and felt it a great place. They feel the current focus does not necessarily make it as good a place to teach. Obviously that comes down to personal preference.
