How To Read Up on the IBDP pedagogics on Your Own?
I can´t take a workshop right now, but surely there must be some text where I can read about it, to be able to express an understanding of the concept during interviews? The IB webpage doesnt provide any in depth information, and I havn´t found any books on the subject. Any ideas?

You won't find books. Start Googling things like IBDP CAS or IBDP Economics Guide etc etc...
The IB system is not a "book" system. It changes often. The MYP is currently going through major revisions (first big one in about 7 years) and DP subjects get revised periodically too.
You should also research IBDP Groups (the curriculum is divided into Groups), IBDP learner profiles, and start picking up terms from all your readings and doing further research.
