I am new and have exhausted my search options to find the answer to my particular question. I did not want to get on ppl/readers nerves by asking something that has been addressed in a previous post.
How many years of previous teaching experience is required for those who are applying for a teaching DODEA position and is certified in the Troops to Teachers (3T) program?
What are the exceptions for 3T applicants?
Again, I apologize in advance if this has been answered earlier...I was unable to find...

while I cannot directly comment on your question, there are threads here from last year about the situation at DODEA schools. The DOD is closing down or downsizing many schools, so teaching staff reductions and transfers have played out over the past few years.
What I would do is contact DODEA directly, or if you are in the DC area, try to get in to see someone (that personal contact which is so critical) to explain to you what you need to know.
Good luck with your search - but don't discount non-DODEA schools if DODEA doesn't pan out!
