Top schools and countries in Africa?

Maybe it has been discussed before, but: what would be the top schools and countries in Africa?

I know Africa it is not for everyone, but I have met several people who have had good times in Africa and have managed to save some decent money. I was wondering: which would be the top schools and countries in Africa where you can save decently and have acceptable standard of living?
