Can someone comment on schools and working in Azerbaijan? What is a good salary?

I'm interested too, particularly in TISA. If the numbers and info in the Search database are accurate, salaries seem to be quite high with good benefits.

Interviewed with TISA - would have gone there had the opportunity arisen. Sadly, they were waiting until later fairs...
