ITs are not martyrs. I wouldnt take a $7K cut to teach in a bottom tier school or hardship location. Of course as educators we didnt get into the profession for the money, but I wouldnt do this for free, and money is just so spendable compared to other forms of exchange. This is after all work, and thats why they pay you, if it was entertainment, they wouldnt need to pay us.
