ERRC US based teacher recruitment agency for Chinese schools

Does anyone have information or feedback about ERRC?
They are based in California and recruit teachers for Chinese schools.

It looks like something the Chinese government would be pretty quick to shut down since proselytizing of any religion is illegal in their country.
