It is one school - a Chinese public school with an international department within it. There are around 4000 students and about 300 at each of the subsections of the international department (AP and A-level).
Despite having international academies, they are VERY much run like a chinese school. There is some buffering between the international academies, but its pretty close to experiencing a national chinese school.
