Last e-mail before fair

Hi folks,

We coming up to the Toronto Fair soon, and I would really like to try and make one more strong e-mail with some of the schools beforehand. What would you say should be in that e-mail? Should we even bother? Will this be seen as annoying?

We have already sent out one e-mail to schools over the last two months inviting them to have a look at our profiles and informing them of our attendance at the fair.

I would not bother with another email. I would just put a note in their box expressing interest in meeting with them once you get there.

Forget the final email, and a note is likely to be too little. When you get to the fair id include a professional nice well put together packet in their mail box. If nothing happens at the first day. Make your play with a strong impression at signup (an Ichiro would be nice, but its likely too late to put something together). If that doesnt get you an interview, follow up at the end of the first full day with an email. Then let it go.
