Anybody know anything about this school? Just outside Seoul. Living conditions, access to Seoul, salary, other benefits?

I work very close to this school. As far as the area goes, it is a nice suburb of Seoul. The subway and buses can get you into Seoul within 45 minutes give or take.
I know someone who worked there. Most of the kids are Korean and some of the parents are crazy. I think you have to be Canadian to be hired. I also knew a woman whose daughter went there but she chose to take her out because she was very much in the minority as a Canadian student and the parents wanted more diversity. I don't know anything about the pay/benefits.
