International School Bangkok (ISB)

While there is some minor disagreement, even if not "the" best, youd get a lot of consensus for it being the choice for the elite school in Thailand.

ISB is known as the all around best.

NIST if you are looking for a more IB (at all levels) oriented school.

Pattana if you are looking for something with a UK slant.
