Does anyone know what the salary is for 2016-2017? Anyone worked for them that can speak to the best location within Quality Schools and housing and which ones need a counselor? Regards,

Compared to what was listed on this thread prior, this is what the pay scale is now:
Base Salary = 29600 (3 years exp w/ masters)
Overseas Allowance = 4000 (3rd year with QSI)
Annual Signing Bonus = 3200
End of year bonus = 2000
At some schools, as a counselor, you may also receive a administrative factor pay bump.
Only the larger schools have counselors (200+) - but if you are at a school on the smaller side of that number you may also have teaching responsibilities.
