Did you "pretty much know" you had a job before you went to the interview?

We "pretty much did not know" we had the job before the interview. In fact, despite the interview going very well, we left without a job offer (several other teachers here have had the same experience), but we were contacted later with offers.

We're very happy here and have signed on for a second year.

Not before the interview, but about 10 minutes into the interview, I felt like I knew they were going to offer me a position.

Pretty much, but I wasn't offered a position immediately because I was a single. They wanted to place all of their couples before placing singles, so I had to wait about 2 weeks to find out where I would be.
