Yes, of course! I have already seen openings for the next school year, it's crazy. There aren't too too many right now, but I am sure in October-November they'll be popping up here and there...

Depends on your subject! If science easy to get a good job especially if chemistry or physics!

Positions do open up midyear, for various reasons. If you're flexible about location and maybe even teaching subject, you might luck out. You will have to be pretty vigilant checking for postings, however, and be ready to pounce on any openings quickly. Are you registered with any of the agencies?

I'm in one of the locations you're interested in. If you can reveal your grade level/subject area, I can keep my ears open for you.

Have you tried looking at schools that run on the Southern Hemisphere timetable.

I know both the Australian International and New Zealand International schools in Indonesia have various teaching vacancies for January.
