Well you can always ask on the forum. Tier status is pretty subjective, we tend to agree on the top and the bottom with the biggest disagreements between the borders.
You could afford WE, you just will have a very normal middle class lifestyle, depends on the size of your family and if your spouse has an income stream as well. It will be an adjustment.
She would likely be a target in the ME, and in Asia shed likely receive a lot of attention, people coming up to her and wanting to touch her hair, etc.
