Hi All,
This school seems to have got mixed reviews on ISR.
Does anyone have any recent experience with the school and its director, Malcolm Pritchard?
Thanks

Yup, what do you want to know?!
He came in to the school, we knew he obviously wasn't Chinese but he may as well have been. Fluent Mandarin speaker, often speaks more Chinese than English in meetings (frustratingly), kinda wooden, not a really good sense of humour, dry person to talk to.
He fits in well with the Chinese board as he obviously loves the Chinese way of doing things. Slowly and without common sense at times.

We interviewed with them. Our impression of Malcolm Pritchard (from what you can get in a 30 minute interview) was that he would be a pretty interesting guy to work for. We enjoyed talking to him and he had what sounded like a lot of good ideas about the school.
We didn't take the job. Not because of Pritchard, but because the school didn't seem like a good fit for us at this time.
