I will be moving to the little Tanzanian town of Moshi this year. The school is the International School of Moshi (IB) and is located on the slopes of Kilimangaro. Quite remote and quite spectacular. I also have worked at the American school in Gaza, a whole other kind of remote.

I have visited Boracay, and it is a little challenging to get to.... but it is very, very touristy. I find it fascinating that there is an international school there!

Thanks Ringer, I agree and that has always been my approach. The school I am moving to advocates push in only, and I know that this is not the strategy for all students.

Sadly students do not easily fall into those established categories. Each student is an individual with different learning styles and pasts.

Any thoughts about push in vs pull lout for ESL classes? I have been doing this a long time and have found that pull out tends to be more effective.

WeDoDude, I know exactly how you feel.....when Psyguy was disputing my info on ACS Doha and I am actually working at the school??? What to do....hopefully people will understand that taking any of his advice is a risk.
