I can only add that both the upper and middle school principals are really fun, genuine-seeming guys. The school is new and so is the housing (right across the street). Go for it!

Beijing City International School is only about 6 years old, with a great package. We met the upper and middle school principals in Cambridge, and they were both really great guys. I'd take a look at this one.

Thank you so much to all of you who replied. It definitely madde us feel better about the possibility. We just accepted jobs in Europe, but Beijing would have been good too.

My husband and I are considering a job in Beijing. We love the jobs and the package, but we're a bit worried about living (breathing!) in such a crowded city. Can anyone speak to the pollution/traffic situation in Beijing? We really enjoy being outdoors and running/hiking. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

There seem to be a good number of PE jobs still available at this point in the recruiting season, so I bet you would have little trouble finding something.

So now that the London fairs are done, what is the consensus from those who attended? Overall impressions?
