First thanks for taking the time to read this.

My partner's brother is doing an HR degree and looking into problems encountered by people moving often. I have moved to two different countries myself and have found it hard to gain my previous work reference as my old head was on bereavement leave. I told my brother-in-law this and he asked if I could survey a few friends. Obviously my friends would not make any data have a serious confidence level.
