Dubai vs Bogota any thoughts on the cost of living or accommodations

Can anyone offer insight on the Universal American School, GEMS International Academy, GEMS Bradenton Prep and The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Girls, Abu Dhabi? I've read some posts but they were old and not very helpful. Benefits, location, work/ life balance?
