What is the typical response time from an advisor at Search Associates to an e-mail?

I am in an awkward situation with the two different database companies including Search and e-mailed both to be honest, up front and sort it out. 2 days later, neither has responded. Know they're busy and I'm waiting, just wondering if I should expect to wait a week, or more, or when you think I should send a follow-up question?
