Re: New to IB Diploma
Thanks for all the tips and knowledge from people - especially the websites. They look like an excellent place to start. I am hoping that I can transfer a lot of the skills / knowledge / resources that I currently use teaching the British NC in a state school in Southern England and do a decent job in my new role. Thanks again for the tips etc

New to IB Diploma
I have just accepted a position which includes teaching IB diploma for the first time. Are there any good websites which offer resources / lesson ideas to get a newbie started? I am quite daunted by the prospect since outcomes have a significant influence on future plans / choices for the students so I want to get it right! I will be teaching MYP humanities and diploma geography initially.
Thanks in advance

Taipei European School
Anyone have any info on the school, city and country in general? The rain seems to be mentioned a lot, how limiting is it?
Thanks

Now or next year?
I realise I may be late to the show this year but I am looking to secure a first overseas position. I have registered with TIE and look regularly on TES but was wondering if it was worth signing up to search still? I am a geography specialists and there are only a few jobs on tie at the moment. Are there liky to be many more listed on search and is it worth attending the April fair in London or realistically should I be looking at next year now? Thanks for any insight.
