Bigger Family
Hi all. I'm curious, how many schools out there will hire you with 3-4 children? Two teaching parents. What are these schools?

Re: SCHROLE Recruitment
Hi All,
Is it advisable to contact ALL references for a Schrole profile? I would prefer to just contact 2-3 previous administrators and not ALL my references. My full confidential references are available throuh ISS... What do you think?

Re: Qualifications for teaching in Latin America
Hi all,
I am interested in attending the aassa fair in December, but I wonder how competitive a candidate I am. I have seven years early childhood experience and plenty of PYP training and experience. Early Childhood is a very high needs area in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, but AASSA cannot advise me on South American early childhood demand. Does anyone have any thoughts?
The tricky part is that I have an infant and husband as dependents, and I know that can be a major deterrent for many schools. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

Re: Best Fair for Latin American Schools/Schools to Apply to
Hi all, I am considering going to the AASSA fair this year, but I do NOT speak Spanish. What are my chances of finding a position? I am an early years teacher with plenty of IB training and experience, which makes me a competitive candidate for schools in Europe and Asia, but maybe less so for South American schools? Is Spanish more or less a requirement?
