We're looking ahead here, to next year or more, but wondering which fairs are best to attend to recruit for the top European schools? Hoping that Search London will be fine for this, but wondering if we should think about Bangkok. Also wondering if these schools generally recruit Dec/Jan time (when we'll be handing in our notice), or do they hold on later because of European employment/resignation laws?
Also - what schools do you consider tier 1 in Europe? Wondering if they match up with ours.
Thanks for your help.

Best European Schools?
We're currently teaching in a good International PYP School and will be spending the next few years here, but we are looking to move to Europe next, preferably Western Europe. Which International Schools are currently regarded as the best within Europe? - Not just thinking about salary, but also facilities/admin/staff morale, and standard of living.
Thanks.
