Thanks. It is not easy to find a lot of current information on Kuwait in general. I am going there in a few weeks to visit some of the schools and make a decision. When my children were younger, schools were not such a big deal but now with both in junior high, it is a different story.

I see this is a forum mostly by and for teachers. So many of your opinions about the quality of various schools are from an employee's perspective. If you were not teachers and money were of no concern, to which school would you send your children in Kuwait? I appreciate your insights.

Hi, I am really grateful for this forum. It seems to be one of the few places where to get information on Kuwait. We are planning a move to Kuwait and have two children, 12 and 13, brilliant, GT students, the older in NJHS. I heard here in the U.S. that the educational system in Kuwait is substandard. Do you agree with this assessment? From what I have read, ASK seems to be the better school in Kuwait for North American kids. Any thoughts? I am particularly interested in hearing what [b]vitaminz[/b] has to say.
