I'm a PE teacher at one of the IB schools in Nassau and married to a Bahamian. I don't know much about that school, except it is on one of the family islands. Grand Bahama has about 50,000 people on the island. While the crime level in Nassau is quite bad, the family island are still quite safe. The biggest complaint I have heard is that there isn't much to do. I'll ask around and let you know what I find out.
