I am trying to be open minded in my search. I would like to save some but it is not my ultimate concern.

Thank you so much for all of your information. There are so many different directions to go. That is one of the most challenging parts. All of them have enough pros they could be attractive to me. I will have to sift through all of you information. Thank you again.

Advice
My goal is to teach at an international school this coming academic year. I am approaching my 2nd year as an elementary school teacher with no IB experience. I really want to teach abroad but am unsure what countries or schools I should look into. I want to be realistic in my search. Are there any schools or countries you would recommend me looking into? Thank you for your assistance.

Forgive me. I am looking for a school where you teach multiple subjects in English. Not a school where you only teach the students the English language. It is common to find younger employees at these ESL schools. Does anyone happen to know of a school where you teach multiple subjects that has younger teachers?

Teaching-Thailand
Can anyone recommend any schools in Thailand with a younger staff? A school where you are not strictly teaching English. I have been looking around but wondered if anyone had any advice. Thank you for your help.
