I recently had someone look at my resume, which has my picture on it. In order for recruiters not to toss my resume aside because of age restrictions, they recommended that I post my age on my resume to ensure they knew I was within the age-hiring requirements for their country. Thoughts?

Please don't flame me but thought I would ask... are there any schools that provide housing for teachers in Western Europe? What about for Admin? Is it different in Eastern Europe?

Hello, our school as is asking teachers to sign a new contract while in the middle of a contract. For example, signing a new one year contract with different benefits while in the middle of a 2 year contract. The contract they are offering has some gains and some takeways. But just wondering how common this is? Thank you.

I have heard from friends that antidepressants and ADHD are available in China - even if you don't go through United Family. The ADHD meds will require testing be done in order for the Chinese doctor to approve it. From what I have heard, the testing is pretty ridiculous ( computer games to test attention), but the doctors were agreeable to write the prescription.

I have a very specialized position I am seeking. I am currently in my first year of a 2 year contract. I would like to sign up for SEARCH again to be aware of positions for the 2019/20 school year. I know it may be unlikely right now for those to be posted, but there might be something posted starting early summer. What is the earliest you would sign up again? Also, would my current school see my information, to know I was doing this?

Follow up to this question: is this question asking if a family of 4 could live well, travel etc. on one salary of $40k/yr? What if the family of 4 has two incomes of $40k/yr =$80k for family of 4. Would that still be a struggle in Qingdao to save and travel?

I am looking at a school in China who offers MSH Health insurance? I have a child with health and issues. Will that coverage be adequate?
