Comments: The Director is a top-down governor with grand ideas and a utopian vision for International School of Shandong who lacks the ability (desire?) to put plans into place and see initiatives through. He requires glamorous debates, projects and performances in each class quarterly; paying no mind to the amount of class time required for preparation and thus, lost for the basics desperately needed by the approximately 85% of the students at International School of Shandong who are reading at a 4th-grade level or lower (this includes students at the high school level)....

Sadly, you can’t expect much support from the office staff at International School of Shandong (save one amazing woman…not the manager). Need help paying a bill? Finding a housekeeper?
