I was approached for this post by a consultant that was hired to find someone to take on the position at Qingdao International Foreign Language School...

After much further communication with him, I was asked to write up my own contract for working at Qingdao International Foreign Language School, which I did being very reasonable with terms...  

After spending a great deal of time discussing the Qingdao International Foreign Language School and negotiating a contract, I submitted my draft and was presented with one in return...
