Access International Academy Ningbo (AIAN) is a relatively new school and is actually located in Beilun, about 40 minutes from Ningbo. The school offers classes for non-Chinese citizens from pre-kindergarten to year 12 using a curriculum influenced by various Canadian and American education systems. The campus is attractive with large airy classrooms, a cafeteria, gymnasium, playground area, small soccer pitch, science rooms, well equipped music room, art rooms, library, tennis courts, access to a nearby indoor pool and other features.

The students come from various backgrounds including Taiwan, Norway, Mexico and Korea. They are generally conscientious students who try hard and behave well despite their circumstances. That is, they are away from their homelands and trying to learn new languages.
