I am so grateful that someone has made a stand on this site. Like most international schools, teachers just put up with unjust treatment until they find another job. It's time to end this cycle. Until now teachers have been reluctant to speak out for fear of losing their jobs at Ningbo Huamao Multi-Culture Education Center, which is typical in international schools which are generally run by directors and board who have no other statutory authorities to answer to....
