Whole school policies such as SEN and gifted and talented are overlooked at Morna International College. The school web site boasts ESL provision, but due to countless sackings and staff recruitment problems children who needed extra English were not given the opportunity. I believe Morna International College has ideas of dismissing staff on....

I found Morna International College unprofessional, staff turnover is high, with many teachers leaving without notice due to bad leadership and management from the SMT. A large percentage of the current staff keep their job as they like their lifestyle on Ibiza. It was a truly positive step for the school to change hands, however it is a shame that....
